Instructions for Authors
IEEE-ICIT 2019 invites researchers and engineers from all related disciplines to submit research papers and special sessions proposals. All submissions are peer reviewed.

Important Deadlines for Authors

Submission of Special Session Proposals (closed): 15 July 2018
Submission of full research paper (to Technical Tracks): 15 September 2018
Submission of full research paper (to Special Sessions): 30 September 2018
Submission of Industry Presentation Extended Abstract: 15 October 2018
Notification of acceptance: 15 November 2018
Submission of final revised paper + Copyright Form: 7 December 2018
Earlybird registration deadline: 7 December 2018


IEEE-ICIT 2019: 13-15 Feb. 2019

Papers must be written in English.

Up to 6 pages (including figures and references) are allowed for each paper. Up to two (2) extra pages are permissible with an additional fee (US$100/page) paid at registration time. Total file size must not exceed 2 MB.

Pages should follow the IEEE double-column format (US letter size). Detailed instructions for ICIT 2019 paper preparation can be found 

Accepted and presented full papers will be copyrighted to IEEE and published in conference proceedings. It will be also submitted for the international publication in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library and indexing by EI Compendex.

Industry Practitioners Stream:
(Presentations based on a refereed extended abstract)
- 2-page extended abstract (excluding figures and tables) written in good English including:
Clear and concise title; The relevance and importance of the topic (to the conference audience); The novelty in application or practice methodology; The applications methodology; Results obtained and their significance; Lessons learned; Projected further improvement and future work.

Abridged versions the of the industry presentation abstracts will be made available to conference attendees via the conference program

Authors should only submit original work that has neither appeared elsewhere for publication, nor is under review for another refereed publication. The conference will verify the originality of manuscripts by comparing them with millions of other articles in databases worldwide. Manuscripts that violate IEEE’s publication principles may be rejected. If the violation is deemed severe, then disciplinary actions may also be taken by IEEE.
